Your Remi Price Guarantee covers everything needed to deliver a quality roof that meets local code requirements, even if the job requires more repairs than expected.
Included at no extra cost
Replacement of any damaged or rotted decking- Necessary fascia replacement
- All required flashing replacements
- Pipe jack and pipe boot replacements
- Needed attic vent replacement
- Additional labor for necessary repairs
- Material price increases
Exclusions
- New structural decking (plywood sheeting) when none exists. This is very rare, and typically only happens when asphalt shingles were laid over cedar shake with no decking.
- Elective fascia upgrades beyond code requirements (cosmetic changes, premium product swaps not in the agreed scope of work)
