About The Role
We’re looking for someone to join our close-knit, highly ambitious team. It’s important to note that this is a role for someone looking for high responsibility and a challenge, we’re a young, growing company that may not be everyone’s cup of soup. The role comes with the benefit of being well placed to join us on our mission to all become rich and move to Bahamas (or the ski slopes of Zermatt, if that’s your preference). You'll be working closely with a founding partner and can be instrumental in building out our sales department for a potential rocket ship as one of the first twenty employees. The rest of the team are a blend of software engineers, data scientists, designers, product managers, and commercial professionals, with a shared goal of helping to intelligently automate the world’s supply chains. Having recently closed our seed round, we’re increasing capacity across the sales team and are looking for a spectacular individual to join our high performing team to help us scale.
New lead generation via direct outreach
Converting inbound inquiries into sales opportunities
Sales pipeline management and achievement of KPI’s and targets
Nurturing, demoing, servicing, negotiating, and closing opportunities
About the Person
The ideal candidate comes from a B2B SaaS sales background (2+ years), with retail and/or manufacturing experience a ‘nice to have’. They need to be creative, empathetic to customers, and self-motivated to own the role and their 'patch'. The Sales Associate will be joining a world-class team and will be supported by a technical team for all technical aspects of the product and the solutions. They need to bring their focus, experience, and their hunger for success and in return, they will gain personal growth, have a seat at the table, and will receive a well-above-market remuneration package depending on performance. We expect a high level of commitment and ownership from our team and in return, we offer very competitive remuneration and benefits. Based on the years of experience, we're offering the following package for this role:
Base: Up to $90k per annum
OTE: up to $150k per annum, depending on experience
Share Options: Potential for stock options after 6 months
Yearly Salary Review: Your base and OTE will be reviewed every year
Remote working for short-to-medium term. Working week is 37.5 hours, with some flexibility required depending which timezone your prospective leads live in.

As the first hire in the sales team above entry level, you will have the opportunity to build the sales function with the Founder/Head of Sales. Functions to be developed in 2022 include: account management, customer success, and business development. For the right person, the role will likely morph into a sales director role, with 3+ direct reports, and reporting into the Founder/Head of Sales.
